Our 2023 Pinot Gris lives up to its name: La passion. A generous nose of pear, quince, a hint of exotic fruit; a structured, full-bodied palate carried by that silky softness so characteristic of Pinot Gris. Organic wine from the Sûre valley — no fireworks promised, just real character. With roast poultry, aged cheeses, or simply on its own — a wine that takes its time.
The terroir
The Pinot Gris vineyard runs along the Rosport plateau, facing south-west toward the Sûre valley. The stony, organically farmed soil returns its minerals to the plant. No synthetic inputs, careful cover-cropping, patience as method — both in the vineyard and the cellar.
