Pinot Blanc — La vieille vigne

Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP

Pinot Blanc

La vieille vigne

In the glass

Our Pinot Blanc grows on old vines — around fifty years old — high above Rosport. Low yields, distinct character: a delicate nose of white flowers, a touch of stone fruit, lively acidity. Round and fresh on the palate, without weight. The ideal aperitif, or a partner to grilled fish or a vegetable risotto. The kind of quiet elegance only old vines can give.

The terroir

The old Pinot Blanc vines anchor into the stony Hoelt soil. Their deep roots draw minerals from the rock, and their age allows them to weather dry years without breaking. Permanent cover-cropping and organic farming keep the soil alive year after year.
